Once you provide proof of funds for the property you may reserve your dream home by signing a reservation contract and paying a reservation fee, which is usually between €6,000 - €10,000
About 14 days after reserving your property it will be time for you and the vendor to sign the purchase agreement, and you to pay 10% of the agreed property price (minus reservation fee). On this day you will also agree on a closing day which will be stated on the agreement.
On the day of deal closing you will meet at the notary to finalize the purchase. The reserved purchase price will be transferred to the vendor along with remaining payment and the registration of the deed will be made.
